Jobs22 UK started a new partnership with us with Coaching Skills for Leaders
AMES Australia became a new licence partner to deliver The Bounce Program™ and Maria trained new trainers in the US with MassHire and Volunteers of America.
We trained 305 new job coaches and developed 171 leaders
We established a new collab with Duke Education and NESA
And we welcomed a new team member – Belinda to deliver Coaching Skills for Leaders Program

Maria and I had a fantastic few days in Brisbane at the 2024 NESA Conference. Talking to people from providers about their successes and struggles was so insightful. What a terrific way to round out 2024!

It’s been a HUGE year with the new specialist disability employment program set to launch and a focus on strengthening and professionalising the frontline workforce and management across the sector. We’re ready to provide further support and development opportunities for providers. I’m excited for 2025 – we have some big plans with our friends at Duke Education and NESA and over in the UK with Jobs22 and the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA).

So, if you’re looking for ways to boost staff retention, upskill your frontline staff and emerging leaders and create a positive wellbeing culture in your workplace, let’s chat!

Holiday closure dates

Bounce Global HQ will be closing down for the holidays from Friday 20^th 2024 at 5.00pm and we’ll be back on deck from 9.00am on Monday 6^th of January 2025.

I love December – not because it’s time to take a holiday. But because it’s a chance to deeply reflect on the year and everything Bounce has achieved. And boy, we have had some big achievements!

Bounce turned 18 in May, and I passed the CEO reigns over to Kelly to take the business to a new and exciting level. It’s been a positive change, and the team has adjusted brilliantly well. And it also has created a space for me to write a new book and explore new training partnerships and opportunities. Embracing change instead of fighting against it, is such a powerful, life-altering way to experience the world. We launched two new programs – Your MindFit and Inspiring Resilience which I’m so proud of. They are going to have a huge impact in 2025 and beyond.

I’m energised by the possibility that comes with the start of a new year, and I look forward to working with you in whatever capacity you need.
