Can I pay via invoice?

Absolutely. Just get in touch with us to discuss your needs, and we can invoice you or your business directly.

Can I book a course for my whole team?

Of course. For groups over 15 we recommend booking a Structured (Private) package. For any group under 15, we recommend getting in touch to find out the latest Public Program dates.

What’s the difference between “Structured (Public)” and “Structured (Private)”?

Structured (Public) is for businesses who don’t have enough staff to run their own private session, but still want all the bells and whistles that come with a full Job Coach Certification – like Teams meetings. Structured (Private) is for any business who wants to certify a large group of staff at the one time.

How often do you run Structured Public Programs?

We tend to run a new Public Program every 3 months. Get in touch to find out our latest schedule.

What’s the minimum number I need to run a Structured Private Program?

Bounce requires a minimum group number of 15 to run a private Job Coach Program.

Can I just do Job Coach without all the bells and whistles?

Definitely! You won’t get Teams meetings and direct contact with an engagement coach, but if self-paced, solo learning is your thing, check out our “Self-Paced” package.
