Future Makers Contributor Profile

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the deliverables created under this Agreement shall vest in and be owned exclusively by ACCI.

Where the Contractor or any subcontractors incorporate or repurpose elements of their Background IP into the deliverables, those materials, in the form developed and delivered under this Agreement, will be branded as part of the ACCI Future Makers Program and will become the intellectual property of ACCI. This does not affect the Contractor’s or subcontractors’ ownership of, or right to continue using, their Background IP outside the scope of this Agreement.

In such cases, the Contractor or subcontractor agrees to include appropriate attribution at the base of the relevant resources, in the following form (or as otherwise agreed in writing):

“This resource was developed for the ACCI Future Makers Program by [the Contractor or any subcontractors] [website].”

Except as expressly agreed under this clause, the Contractor must not, and must ensure that its subcontractors do not, use, distribute, or commercialise the Program Materials independently of ACCI without prior written consent.

AFFLIATIONS
All contractors and sub-contractors provide their support to the Future Makers Project under the proviso that they have no affiliation with any organisations or groups that contradict ACCI values, vision and mission, or may negatively impact ACCI’s reputation.
